Starting as an events manager for a renowned palace on the Côte d’Azur, she later became Commercial and Marketing Director for a Monaco-based pharmaceutical company. These roles refined her skills in high-end services, client care, and creating memorable experiences.
Her passion for Ibiza led her to make the island her home, where she founded Absolutely Ibiza, combining her extensive experience in luxury tourism with her knowledge of the real estate market. Whether it’s finding the ideal villa, creating personalized experiences, or assisting with property needs, Delphine approaches every project with professionalism and care, ensuring her clients feel supported and valued.

After many years of organizing events, marketing, and customer management for international companies such as Nespresso and Carlsberg, Gregoire decided to put his experience to work in a new field. At the age of 45, he founded Ibiza House Management, a second residency management company that quickly became a success.
Gregoire is a client-focused entrepreneur with excellent management skills. His goal is to provide his clients with the best possible service, ensuring that their second residence is always in perfect condition. He takes pride in his work and strives to exceed his clients’ expectations.
