Casa Clarious

Location: Casa Clarious is a beautiful modern villa close to the small towns of San Jose and San Agustin. It has amazing views of the sea and sunsets near the west coast and looks over San Antonio, giving you some of the best views in Ibiza.

Accommodation: The villa has room for guests in over 6 bedrooms, split between two buildings. Every bedroom has two single mattresses on a double bed frame and air conditioning for comfort.

Main House: Four bedrooms are in the main house. The top floor is all about the master bedroom, which has great sea views, its own bathroom, and a big terrace with loungers. The three other bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom and direct access outside.

Living Areas: There’s a modern kitchen and living room on the ground floor of the main house, both with clear sea views and doors that open right to the swimming pool and terrace.

Lower House: Next to the pool, this house has 2+ bedrooms, all with double beds, air conditioning, their own bathrooms, and separate entrances. This part also has a kitchen, gym, sauna, and hot tub, making it even more luxurious.

Outside: Casa Clarious is great for its outdoor spaces, including a big infinity pool, a dining area for 14 people, lots of spots to relax, and high-tech speakers that come up from the ground. For fun, there’s a tennis court, a place for kids to play, basketball, table tennis, billiards, and a special “disco” area.

The Property: The villa sits on a big plot of 22,500 square meters, giving lots of room for relaxation and activities, perfect for families, friends, or events.
