Welcome to Casa Rafa – a spacious and peaceful villa surrounded by nature, ideally located near the village of San Rafael. With 5 bedrooms, a large private pool, and beautiful outdoor spaces, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy Ibiza at your own pace.

Interior

Casa Rafa has two floors and offers plenty of space for family or friends. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, and three more upstairs – including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and more. The house also has a laundry room, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

Exterior

Set in a large garden filled with orange and palm trees, Casa Rafa invites you to enjoy outdoor living. There are several terraces with seating and dining areas, a barbecue, a covered outdoor kitchen with a fridge, and even a pond with frogs (that help keep mosquitoes away!). The private pool is surrounded by sunbeds and there’s also an outdoor shower and an extra bathroom by the pool.

Location & Services

Casa Rafa is located just outside the center of San Rafael, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and cafés. It’s only 10 minutes to Ibiza Town and to some of the island’s best beaches like Cala Comte and Cala Tarida. The airport is just 20 minutes away. Whether you want to explore or unwind, Casa Rafa offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience.
