Villa Altis is a luxury rental villa offering approximately 400 m² of living space spread over three levels, designed with a clean, minimalist style and high-end finishes.
The villa features 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (up to 10 with additional beds on request).

The bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, dressing areas, LED lighting, and modern bathrooms. Two master suites include freestanding bathtubs, open bathroom concepts, and access to a private sunset terrace.

The open-plan living and dining area is bright and spacious, with large windows that fully frame the sea, Talamanca Bay, and Dalt Vila. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living space, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
