The main house features 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with garden views and a calm, relaxing vibe. Every room is tastefully decorated, combining traditional elements with stylish, modern touches. The spacious living room includes three large sofas and connects to a fully equipped open kitchen and a cozy dining area – all with access to a shaded outdoor terrace.

For extra privacy, Villa Jaja also includes a separate guest house with two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private entrance – ideal for friends or extended family.

Exterior

Set on a vast 22,000 m² plot, the villa is surrounded by a stunning Mediterranean garden filled with lemon, fig, olive trees, lavender, bougainvillea, and free-range chickens that provide fresh eggs each day. There are several chill-out areas and day beds to relax under the trees or by the pool.

The large pool is perfect for sunny days, and there’s a beautiful outdoor dining area with BBQ – the ideal spot to enjoy dinners at sunset.

Location & Services

Villa Jaja is just a short drive from some of Ibiza’s most iconic beaches, like Cala Bassa and Cala Comte – known for their turquoise waters and incredible sunsets. Though peaceful and surrounded by nature, the villa is conveniently located to explore the rest of the island.
