We get in touch
We will reach out to your clients prior to their arrival to introduce ourselves and confirm their arrival time. We will also ask for their flight number to ensure that we are there to greet them when they land. We will provide them with all the necessary information they need to locate the property and answer any questions they may have.
Check-in
Our team will be there to open the door for your guests and provide them with a warm welcome. We will hand over the keys and codes if needed, and make arrangements for the maintenance of the property during their stay. We will also provide them with handy information about the property and the surrounding area, so they feel at home and can make the most of their stay.
Check-out
When it’s time for your guests to depart, we will collect the keys and thoroughly check the property for any damages. Our team will make sure that everything is in order so that you can rest assured that your property is well-maintained and ready for the next guests.
We report to you
After each stay, we will provide you with a detailed report of the check-in and check-out process. You can then decide whether to refund the deposit or keep it to cover any damages.
